We are looking for a Maintenance Planner with a sense of quality and long-term relationships!

Maintenance Planner

At MBF, you will have a significant role where you make a real difference. You help associations and their boards understand their properties, plan wisely, and invest correctly, while also becoming an important part of driving their operations forward. Your main responsibilities

• Inspect the associations' properties and create quality-assured, uniform, and long-term maintenance plans.
• Guide the association when components approach the end of their technical lifespan and present appropriate measures and opportunities.
• Develop clear decision-making materials that provide the association with security in their financial priorities.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strengthening MBF's project operations.

We are looking for someone who is

• Experienced in the property or housing industry, preferably with a focus on inspections.
• A person who enjoys structure, planning, and has the ability to keep multiple maintenance projects running simultaneously.
• Communicative, confident in your knowledge, and used to giving presentations to boards and other decision-makers.
• Relationship-building and business-minded, you see opportunities where others see problems.
• Holder of a B driver's license and own car.
